How do you turn a flagship live event into a year-long content hub? Across three consecutive editions I directed the full AV production: main-stage session films, short-form pieces, influencer portraits and same-day highlights, delivered at the speed the room moved. I planned the technical and logistical operation, managed the equipment, trained first-time crew alongside experienced operators, and directed the event coverage and post-production.
